Santos have confirmed the signing of the 32-year-old will soon be announced after Al-Hilal agreed to terminate his contract, ending an injury-plauged two-year spell with the Saudi Pro League title hopefuls.

According to , the attacker is pushing the club to make a few more sensational signings. The ex-Barcelona star has suggested they bring in free agents Paul Pogba and Sergio Ramos as well as Brazil legend Thiago Silva, who joined Fluminense last July after leaving Chelsea. Former Real Madrid star Marcelo and Paulo Henrique Ganso, who was a breakthrough star at Santos alongside Neymar, have also been mentioned as options.
Former Manchester United midfielder Pogba is preparing to return to the game after having a doping ban reduced, clearing him to step back on the field in March, while Ramos has been without a club since he left Sevilla last season.
