The Serie A side are looking to overhaul their attack during the summer transfer window, having decided they have no desire to keep Romelu Lukaku beyond his current loan from Chelsea. Among those set to be offloaded, in Italy reports, is Abraham, who has been deemed to fragile to lead the attack after Lukaku leaves.

Abraham endured a difficult season in the Italian capital, having sustained an anterior cruciate ligament injury last year that kept him out of action until April. He featured in only the final eight league matches of the campaign, starting two of them and scoring just once.

Abraham, who joined Roma from Chelsea in 2021, could be on his way back to England, with Bournemouth listed as a possible destination for the 26-year-old. The Cherries recently hired ex-Roma director Tiago Pinto and he could opt to reunite with Abraham at Dean Court this summer as he looks to strengthen their attack.
